Why per-office, not per-seat?
Most electrical offices have more estimators than active bids in a given week. Paying per seat punishes the team for bench depth. Corvello prices by the work that actually leaves the office — so you can invite the whole estimating desk, preconstruction, and leadership into every risk report without adding cost.
What counts as one analysis?
One bid package run through the Corvello Engine. On Growth and above, addenda re-runs against an existing project are included and do not consume additional analyses.
What's the difference between the trial and the pilot?
The trial answers one question: does the shape of the output fit how we bid? The pilot answers a different one: does Corvello catch what our senior estimators would catch on real packages? Most serious evaluations go directly to the pilot.
Can we share findings with the whole team?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited collaborators within the company workspace. Estimators, preconstruction, leadership, and counsel can all work from the same risk report.
What happens if we exceed the monthly analysis cap?
You can request an upgrade mid-cycle or purchase an overage block. We'll flag it before it happens — analyses don't silently fail or queue.
How is output structured?
Every finding includes a severity, a verbatim source excerpt, the page range and spec / sheet reference, and proposal-ready exclusion, clarification, assumption, or RFI language. Reports are reviewable artifacts — accepted or edited line by line — and archived per project.
Do you integrate with our estimating platform?
Corvello is designed to sit alongside your existing estimating platform, not replace it. No workflow replacement is required. Enterprise plans cover deeper integration needs when they come up.
Is annual pricing available?
Yes. Annual plans are available on request for Growth and above, and are the default at Enterprise. SSO, procurement, and security documentation are scoped at Enterprise as well.
